Shoalhaven Boat Hire is downsizing. And so it leaves an opportunity to a obtain walk on / walk off access at the Greenwell Point Wharf.
The pontoon was professionally installed and commissioned in December 2021. It is currently used to support a boat hire business and may suit other commercial or private uses (subject to approvals).
The pontoon is 9mx4m, and the gangway has a security gate. The wharf is sold as is, where is (currently fixed at Greenwell Point main wharf). If being left in place, it does require berthing spaces (berths 1 & 9) which are leased through Shoalhaven Council.
Berth 9, being closest to shore, would suit a wider and shallower vessel. Approx. depth is 1.5 metres at low tide. Berth 1 suits a narrower, deeper keeled vessel with an approx. depth of 2 metres at low tide.
The pontoon can be broken down for transport if you are considering relocation.
